When you use Redule to manage your own customers' or leads' data, you are the data controller and Redule acts as a data processor on your behalf. We process that data only on your instructions and in order to provide the service to you. We do not use your customers' data to build products for other customers, and we do not sell it. Our processing of that data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
If you connect your Facebook or Instagram Page to Redule, we retrieve lead form submissions from Meta on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during the connection process.
What we retrieve. The information the person entered into your lead form — typically their full name, phone number, email address, and answers to your custom questions (for example, preferred destination country, course, or intake month). We also record which ad and form the lead came from, so you can measure performance.
How it is used. This lead data is:
Your control. You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram Page at any time from Settings → Integrations inside the platform. Disconnecting immediately stops any further lead retrieval.
Deletion. Lead data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual leads at any time from within the platform. To request deletion of all lead data, email info@redule.com — we will action the request within 30 days.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@redule.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable to our users, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
