These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Redule platform and website provided by Redule FZ LLC ("Redule", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Redule, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Redule on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Redule provides an agentic AI CRM platform including autonomous AI agents, conversation automation, voice calling, lead scoring, and related features. We may modify, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed per seat on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your contacts before messaging or calling them through the platform, and for complying with applicable communications and privacy laws.
Redule and its licensors own all rights to the platform, software, and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
We target a 99.98% uptime SLA for eligible plans but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redule's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a limited period before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
