1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Redule application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Redule ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2 Eligibility

To use Redule, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3 Description of Service

Redule is an AI-powered financial management platform that provides:

• Debt tracking and management tools with AI-optimized payoff strategies
• Interest leak detection and savings analysis
• AI Coach chat for personalized financial guidance
• Dream goal planning and visualization
• Budget tracking and spending analytics
• Gamified financial challenges and streak tracking
• CSV bank statement import and auto-categorization
• Multi-currency support

4 User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must create an account to use Redule. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all personal and financial data will be permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

5 Subscription Plans & Payments

Redule offers the following subscription tiers:

5.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Annual plans receive a 15% discount
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5.2 Free Trial

Pro and Family plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• Refund requests for annual plans may be submitted within 14 days of purchase

6 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AI engine
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the AI Coach to generate advice for commercial redistribution
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Redule name, logo, brand elements, AI models, algorithms, software code, interface designs, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Redule and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all financial data and personal information you input into Redule. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit about the Service may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

8 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI Coach and automated insights provided by Redule are generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated advice may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Suggestions are based on the data you provide and may not account for all factors
• AI recommendations do not constitute professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
• You should independently verify important financial decisions
• Past performance insights do not guarantee future results

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Redule is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any financial losses, missed savings opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services, links, or integrations

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redule, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Collection Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
