These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Redule platform and website provided by Redule FZ LLC ("Redule", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Redule, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Redule on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Redule provides an AI-assisted CRM platform. Current features include lead management, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), AI-assisted conversation and reply suggestions, AI lead scoring and prioritisation, follow-up automation, and integrations with lead sources such as Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads.
Features vary by plan. We may modify, add, or remove features over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality on your plan. Features described as "coming soon", on our roadmap, or in beta are not part of the contracted service until released.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to:
Redule integrates with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), messaging providers, and payment providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with those providers and for the accuracy of the data you connect. We are not liable for a third party's outage, policy change, account suspension, or removal of API access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law. Usage-based charges (such as messaging and AI usage) are billed as incurred. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
You retain ownership of the data you submit or connect. You are the data controller for that data, and Redule acts as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and having a lawful basis before contacting the people whose data you process through the platform, and for complying with applicable communications and privacy laws.
Redule uses AI models to score leads, summarise conversations, and suggest or send replies according to the settings you configure. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and for any messages sent from your account. AI features are provided as a decision-support tool, not as professional advice.
Redule and its licensors own all rights to the platform, software, and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
We aim to provide a reliable, highly available service and to schedule maintenance to minimise disruption. However, the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written Service Level Agreement has been executed with you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redule's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
